Getting Settled

Hi Friends!

Thank you so much for checking in to Post #1 of the Peninsula Optometry news feed. Here, we will be posting constant updates about what we’re up to behind the scenes, such as what new frame lines we’re picking up, when we refresh one of our existing lines, or any other development we make that benefits you. We’re using this tool to help you stay informed about us, and to provide you a little window into the work we’re putting in each and every day to make your experience with us the best it can be. Please check back often to stay up to date on what’s new with us!

Starting off the list of updates – We are happy to announce that we are finally settled in to our new office space. It’s been a long month filled with drywall and repainting, re-organizing our frame selection, and having several new custom rotating displays built. We want to thank everyone who’s already visited our office this past month for your understanding, and apologize for any mess or noise there’s been during your visit. We’ve also been hard at work rebuilding our website to make everything clear and simple to use. The free resources will be on a continual roll-out, meaning that we will post a new article for you periodically. We’re also starting a new program this year to begin helping people in need around the world: We’ll be donating a pair of glasses to medical missions for each pair of glasses you purchase from us. We’ve already placed the order for the donation glasses, and expect to be able to begin this November. We’re extremely excited to begin making a difference in these peoples’ lives! Lastly, in preparation for the opening of the new office, we have just refreshed our Tiffany, Bvlgari, Tumi, John Varvatos, Ray-Ban, Vera Wang, Dana Buchman, Oakley, Vogue, Burberry, and Tory Burch lines, as well as opened two new lines: Jhane Barnes and the highly-requested Persol! That’s over a dozen brand new shipments that most of you haven’t seen yet!

That’s all for this post. We’re going to try posting an update every one or two weeks, or whenever there’s some big news for you.

Stay tuned!!

Thank you, and best wishes,
All of us here at Peninsula Optometry
